Message to betmgm & its’ co-conspirator IBAS:

Your words mean nothing when your actions are the opposite

I had been following Cheltenham Anti Post Odds for the Triumph Hurdle betting as the horse I intended to back was the favourite Sir Gino, I always follow Oddschecker for the anti-post odds and the bookmaker offering it.

I checked Sir Gino’s odds on March the 6^th (all bookies offer non-runner no bet for T.H., I only back a horse when Non-Runner No bet is offered) the odds of 8/11 were offered by betmgm (A bookmaker I had never heard of before), I joined and added a £20 & £200 using my PayPal account:

March 15: Cheltenham Festival: Another Nicky Henderson star ruled out as Sir Gino a Triumph Hurdle non-runner, I checked my betmgm’s account and the £220 was credited into my account. which I immediately withdrew or did I?

It usually takes a few hours for funds to hit my PayPal account but it did not?

Checked my Junk mail the next day and found an email from support:betmgm.co.uk asking for a copy of my Driving licence and later for the back of my driving licence which I complied with.

I complained to PayPal but was notified that betting is not covered by Paypal & I should take my case to the fraud squad:

I was again (2^nd time) for a screenshot of my PayPal account (are, they not breaking the privacy laws?), I sent 1t, tried to check my betmgm account and realized it had closed my account 😊 9Wonder why?

And again (25/3)

Tried the live chat as instructed, and was number 523 😊wait, waited, waited & and when I got to around 200+ got fed up & left
