Contacted IBAS, and I was told that there were numerous complaints regarding the betmgm ( LeoVegas Group), I duly filed a complaint.

Received an email from IBAS’s Mr Ron Hearn (Submissions Assessor):

‘For IBAS to be able to assist you with this you’ll need to get a final decision email from BetMGM you can get this by following their complaint procedure which I’ve copied below for you,

Once you have the final decision email then forward it to us and we can proceed’

Mr Hearn did not like my reply & wrote:

Best wishes and good luck with this,

I’ll close your dispute with us as you obviously (It appears that obviously may be unnecessary in this sentence. 😊) know what you mean unlike me.

Is IBAS (As it says on its website) here to help & as an impartial adjudicator or an instrument to Hoodwink & Bamboozle the punters in favour of entities like betmgm ( LeoVegas Group)? I believe the latter
